Can you spare an hour or two once a term? 

Our tiny school board has only three directors, the bare minimum and I’d love someone from the ADEC community to join us via zoom once a term as a volunteer director. Not as chair or secretary, but as a director, someone not involved in day-to-day operations, someone who could see the wood for the trees, someone who could help us govern our tiny school. Darlingia was established last year and we are still working through the aftermath of our first government audit. One of the issues they have is that we have only the bare minimum of three directors. 

Can you help us please? For just one year, and just one zoom meeting at the start of each term.
